Premium Care Policy

We know how overwhelming and time-consuming taking care of a water machine can be. Machine maintenance, machine repairs, filter changes, CO2 changes and more.  Therefore, we designed a PremiumCare Service package just for our customers to help keep up with the unwanted tasks.

If you choose to rent a machine from Premium Water, this service is automatically added to your product. You do have the option to choose between our less expensive and our more expensive packages.

If you choose to buy the machine from Premium Water, this service can be added for monthly subscription. You do have the option to choose between our less expensive and our more expensive packages.

SILVER PACKAGE

  • Maintenance for the machine.
  • Repairs for the machine.
  • Filter changes.

Prices will differ based on the machine being rented or serviced.

GOLD PACKAGE

  • Maintenance for the machine.
  • Repairs for the machine.
  • Filter changes.
  • CO2 changes.

TERMS

The customer shall have the right to terminate the Service Agreement by providing the vendor with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Customer is not liable under the Agreement for any termination fee(s).
