How do I make a purchase?

What are PremiumCARE Services? 
When renting a machine with Premium Water, customers are automatically granted PremiumCARE Services. This service provides you maintenance, repairs, and filter changes for the machine.

What is the difference between PremiumCARE Silver and Gold? 
The PremiumCARE Silver covers maintenance, repairs, and filter changes for the machine. The PremiumCARE Gold covers maintenance, repairs, filter changes, and CO2 changes for the machine.

Can I get PremiumCARE Services even if I choose to buy the machine and not rent? 
Yes, you may choose from the Silver and Gold options, contact us through the email or support page to get a quote today.

Is installation included with rentals or purchases of a water machine?   
No, when renting or buying a machine from Premium Water, installation is not included. This is a one-time fee that will be quoted to you upon request.

Do I need specific type of waterlines to install water machine? 
Yes, you will need to have access to a water line to have the water machine installed. If a waterline is not located in the location where you wish to have the machine installed, it can be added via a plumber for an extra charge.

What does the Reverse Osmosis filter do? 
The Reverse Osmosis filtration can reduce up to 99% of certain contaminants in water, including both larger particles and those that can’t be seen. To learn about the 4 stages of OR, go to the RO products. If you have more specific questions about RO, contact us through our support page today.

Do the water machines have filtration systems? 
Every water machine comes with their own set of filters, these filters clean different contaminants in water. See the chart below for your reference.

How often do I need to change my filters? 
This will depend on your machine and filter. Some machines will provide you with a notification and some machines will not. Normally we recommend checking your filters every 6 months, but it depends on how often your water machine is being used.

Can I return a machine I purchased? 
When it comes to purchases, our policy is no returns and no refunds.

Can I cancel my PremiumCARE Services subscription?    
Our rental and PremiumCARE Service are month to month, no long-term contract. You can cancel at any point; we just ask that you give us 30 days’ notice in writing.

We are a Florida-based company that services mainly in South Florida. Anywhere from West Palm Beach to Coral Gables and anywhere in between.
